"Online Quote Management System" handles millions of inquiries which are imported from any csv/excel file, and directly from email. Dashboard displays all organized info in diff. widgets. System operated by admin and sales rep. Generate real time quotes from inquiries and send to client, where they interact via online system.

Challenge:
- Client was managing all inquiries, Brand and clients information into excel, they received more than 1000 inquiries a day and it’s difficult to track and manage all these information in excel. Client wants us to develop system to make their process really easy and automated.
- Using this manual process, it’s very difficult to get historical information for any client, brand item and inquiries #, and more.
- They received inquiries in various formats and files. Like excel, CSV, email, and wants to import from those sources directly into system
- Dashboard requirement where all latest information displayed in various charts, table layout, easy to read.
- System has to be integrated with their existing ERP application
- System must be user friendly and capable to handle millions of records
- Sales rep. login and manage their day to day activities.
- Client wants multi level users login into system
- Sales rep signup for an account
- To find inquiries system must have dynamic filter functionality for any column
Solution:
- Client was managing all inquiries, Brand and clients information into excel, they received more than 1000 inquiries a day and it’s difficult to track and manage all these information in excel. Client wants us to develop system to make their process really easy and automated.
- PRISHUSOFT created online web application in ASP.NET MVC and use MSSQL server as backend, Multi level user login into central and secure system
- Application has 2 types of users:
- Admin
- Sales rep.
- Admin can manage and view all information including all menu items
- Sales rep login into system and import inquiries, filter inquiries
- Created WEB APIs to integrate with their own ERP System
- Designed user friendly screen to import/enter mass inquiries and easy to search
- Created Dashboard with multiple widget to display well organized information
- Real-time information from their ERP system
- Login security to identify how many sales rep. working real time
- All users activity are logged into system
Outcome:
Successfully developed Quote management system used by multiple people at same time and capable of managing millions of records efficiently, client is highly satisfied with this system and get rid out of their manual excel work.
